John, Scott and Brian O’Neill, owners of StoneArch Development, are distinguished real estate developers and builders in New England. John brings over 30 years of development experience to the team. Scott, with a background in finance, joined his father and they have been building new communities and custom homes together for the past 12 years. Brian, retired law enforcement, has been coordinating team projects throughout theSeacoast ensuring buyers have a positive experience during their home build process.
