We made the decision to move during a time of such uncertainty and unrest in the world. Our choice was to build a new place that would become our forever home. When we saw the craftsmanship of Rollins Hill homes we decided that is where we would hang our hat! Working with the O’Neill family was a pleasure and truly a process unlike our first 2 builds. We did not come into the project with a realtor and thought that might be a disadvantage on our end. However we were quickly adaptive to the care and detail the entire O’Neill family showed us throughout every step of the process. We recognize we were not the normal customer as we wanted so many things outside the scope of their normal contacts and connections. They met every one of them with a welcome smile and worked with us to find the right balance that benefited both parties. We strongly recommend the O’Neill team and all their partners for your new build. They are more than just builders. They really become an extension of your vision and bring it to life with just as much attention to detail as you have.

John, Scott and Brian were throughout the build process, professional, executed aspect of job as stated, and committed to my timeline well. Doug, Site Manager was professional when needed, always right there with his knowledge, very good communication skills. Janet in customer service, was very professional, was my main contact day or night. She was organized with many goals to be carried out, very quick to respond to questions or problems, and always even keeled. She knows in many area’s of the build process and I always had confidence after communication, and never felt I was given an answer just to quiet me. In my experience working 30+ years in high pressure fast paced business, I only got to hire very few like Janet, intelligent, problem solving, high-energy, confident, disciplined, and one that can operate independently.
