We have built many new home communities all over the seacoast from Rye up to Rochester, NH. Our teams build with the concept of “build as if you wanted to live there”. Our standards are high and we have even moved into a couple of our new home communities, we liked them so much.

New homes are more than just new-builds to us. We understand how you live in today’s world. We have our own architectural design department that has created some tried and true floor proven plans, the original Rye collection, being our most successful. They are flexible, single and two story homes offering 4 different facades on the exteriors of your home with a traditional cape look, or a contemporary one, we have a solution for you. The floor plans are interchangeable and allow for a central traffic plan or segmented open concept space.
